These terms apply to your use of dentalmarq.com and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, to services provided by DentalMarq.com ("DentalMarq", "we", "us") to dental practices ("you").
1. The free audit
The 32-point audit is free, and you keep it whatever you decide. It is based on publicly available information and our professional judgement at the time it is prepared. It is guidance, not a guarantee of results.
2. Quotes and projects
After the audit we provide a written quote. Design projects (logo & branding, website design & build) are fixed-price for the scope described in the quote. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start. A project begins once you accept the quote and pay the deposit stated in it.
3. Monthly services
SEO and marketing services are billed monthly in advance and run month to month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Advertising spend (for example Google Ads) is paid by you directly to the platform and is not included in our fees.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content and approvals on time, and to confirm you have the right to use any material you give us (photos, logos, text). Delays in feedback may move delivery dates. You are responsible for making sure published claims about your treatments meet the rules of your dental regulator.
5. Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final logo files, website design, code written for you, copy and photography produced for you. We may keep third-party components (such as fonts, plugins or stock assets) under their own licences, which we pass on to you. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Payment
Invoices are due within 14 days unless the quote says otherwise. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving notice.
7. Results
We work to improve your visibility and bookings, but search rankings, advertising performance and patient numbers depend on factors outside our control, including search engines, competitors and your practice's operations. We do not guarantee specific rankings or results.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.
9. Website use
Content on this website is for general information. The "Brightside Dental" examples, sample audits and sample reports are illustrative and do not represent real clients or results. You may not copy or reuse the site's content or design without permission.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you accept a quote applies to that project. These terms are governed by the laws of [province/state and country], and the courts there have jurisdiction.
